Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except where required by law.

5. Trials and Promotional Offers

We may offer limited-time free trials, discounted trials, or promotional pricing. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the standard rate.

Past trial or promotional pricing is not available once that offer is finished.

6. Cancellations and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting [email protected].

Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in prohibited conduct.

Termination will result in loss of access to your account and data, which may be permanently deleted after 30 days.

7. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

- Copy, distribute, or resell any part of the Service;

- Modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to access the source code;

8. AI and Automation Disclaimer

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, use, and process any content you submit to the Service, solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
